Returns Policy

Each artwork is made to order. Due to the custom process we do not generally offer returns. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase so please email us with any issues within 30 days of receiving your artwork.

In order to adhere to social distancing mandates and protect the safety of our staff, please kindly note it will take up to 10 business days to inspect and process your return once it has been delivered.

If eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must also be in the original packaging.

If approved, a refund in the original method of payment or store credit will be processed immediately. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be notified if there are any issues with the return.

  • Items in their original condition.

  • All requests are reviewed within 2 business days - if approved, you will receive shipping guidelines, otherwise we will contact you for more details.
  • Ship packages back with tracking service.
  • All returns must be received within 45 days of purchase date.
  • Within 3 business days of receipt, email us at customerservice@seanvass.com about what is missing or damaged. Please provide your order number and email used to place the order.
  • Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of receipt of order to be valid.
  • Return shipping is buyer's responsibility unless the product received is incorrect or damaged.
  • Fee will be deducted from final refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns may be rejected or charged restocking fee if received beyond 30 days.
  • Refunds are in the original method of payment.
  • Store credit is provided via discount promo code that must be entered during the checkout process.
  • Once we receive your return, your refund will post to your credit or debit card account within 7 to 10 business days.
  • If questions arise during inspection, we will contact you for details.
  • It means that the shipping carrier was unable to deliver the package to the address given in the order.
  • When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, the order will be processed as a return and you will receive a refund (excluding shipping & handling charges).
  • To prevent this, please ensure that your shipping information is correct during checkout and your order contains a valid email address in case we need to contact you.
  • To receive the items you originally purchased, please place a new order.
