Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

• All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
• Due to a large quantity or bulkiness, additional shipping charges may apply to some items. We will contact you within 2 business days if there are any additional shipping charges necessary for your order.

Ordering Processing

For orders placed before 12pm (noon), US Eastern Standard Time on business days, we do our best to process them within the same day, provided there are no order issues pending your response. Orders placed beyond this time or during weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. (Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or US public holidays.) Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within (6) business days, while some orders may take additional time. If there are any issues with your order that would cause delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. Possible delays may include:

• Incorrect Address
• Inaccurate or Incomplete Payment Information

During high volume holiday seasons, please allow up to an additional 3 business days for the ordering processing.

Production Processing

Our production process typically take between 0-6 business days to produce your order before it is shipped. Production delays can occur sometimes which may result in taking upwards to 9 business days to produce your product and this can be dependent on the type of product being produced.

• The first day of production is the first business day after the order is placed.
• Weekends are not included in production time.

During high volume holiday seasons, please allow up to an additional 3 business days for the production processing.

Shipment Processing

We work with UPS, Fedex, DHL and United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide the best, most reliable US shipping options for you. Because we individually review delivery service for each and every order to ensure you the quickest, most cost-effective solution, items that are ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated Delivery Times below do not include Order Processing time. The production time is not included in the shipping time estimates. Shipping time is what it takes for the item to be shipped, whereas the production time is the time it takes to print the product before shipping.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, seanvass.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Additionally, significant challenges due to increased eCommerce volume plus Covid restrictions may extend shipping time in some circumstances.

• Delivery service is not available on Sundays and major holidays.

Shipment Status

You will receive an email shipment notification as your order ships. It includes tracking information with which you can follow the delivery of the package. If you have not received this notification from us, please contact us for more information and we’ll help you track your item. If the tracking status shows the package as delivered and you have not received it, please wait 36 hours before contacting us to investigate. In rare cases, packages may be marked delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. After 36 hours, we are happy to help open an investigation with the delivery service.
